LiveDXB is a proprietary knowledge system about life, areas and real estate in Dubai. The project helps to connect home, school, work, routes, expenses and the market into one understandable life scenario.
Here the question begins not with which property to sell, but with something else:
What kind of life do you want to build in Dubai?
Real estate as part of life
When choosing an apartment or villa, a person simultaneously chooses travel time, school logistics, car dependency, daily expenses and compromises that have to be lived with every day.
Therefore, LiveDXB considers the solution at several levels at once:
- city and region;
- daily routes;
- infrastructure;
- home and management;
- layout;
- expenses;
- market and liquidity;
- a person's personal script.
There are no universally good areas and facilities. The right question is for whom, for what task and under what conditions does a particular solution work.
Who makes LiveDXB
Alexander Nevsky is a real estate consultant at Nevsky Realty, former head of product design and father of three children.
He has worked with digital products for over fifteen years, studying how people make decisions, where complex systems create errors, and what makes them understandable. Today, this approach is being applied to Dubai's neighbourhoods, homes and properties.
Alexander’s complete personal history and original materials are published on nevsky.ae.
Editorial and commercial work
LiveDXB is not an agency site or a hidden showcase of properties. Alexander works as a real estate consultant at Nevsky Realty and can help with searches, viewings, negotiations and transaction support when a person needs a professional service.
Editorial opinions are generated independently. Advertising, affiliate and commercial materials must be identified separately.
Sometimes the beneficial outcome is to buy real estate. Sometimes it’s to continue renting, change the budget, give up the area, or postpone the decision.
