What is LiveDXB
LiveDXB is the author's city portal about life and real estate in Dubai. Here, neighborhoods, homes, schools, expenses and daily routes are considered as a single system on which the quality of life depends.
You are not choosing an apartment. You are choosing the life around it
When buying or renting an apartment, a person simultaneously chooses the route to school, time in traffic jams, family habits, the cost of everyday life and the level of daily stress
District as a product
An area can look impressive on a map and be annoying on a daily basis in real life. LiveDXB evaluates not renderings, but routes, infrastructure, costs and real-world limitations
A home as a product: problems you may not notice during a viewing
An inconvenient kitchen, a long wait for the elevator, poor parking and lack of storage are not small things, but daily product mistakes.
