The first month after moving is always the most stressful: you need to sort out documents, pack furniture, understand school and transport schedules. Try not to plan everything at once. Set your priorities: apply for an Emirates ID, connect the Internet and electricity, explore the nearest stores and clinics.
Do not forget about rest and adaptation of the family. Take time to walk around the area, get to know your neighbors, and try out some of the local activities for the first time. The more relaxed you are about change, the faster Dubai will become home.
